Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for looking after my investment property the way you do. You have followed up when requested and sourced great tenants which makes me feel at ease. It is a welcome change from dealing with other companies where I have felt in the past it was my job to remind them of the simple things (like paying the rates in time!) and this certainly hasn’t been the case with yourself and Novak.
